School Gardens
Through the non-profit arm of Plant Food ROCKS, our mission is to create generational change by working with schools in underserved communities, especially Title 1 schools, to help young people in grades K-6 learn the benefits of a plant-based living by teaching them to grow their own food. We work with schools to build simple gardens that the kids help build and ultimately nourish. Learn more

Wellness Workshops
Our interactive Health and Wellness workshops educate participants about simple but profound changes they can make to create a healthier life. The workshops are a fun and informative forum, with lively presentations and discussions about healthy living. Our coaches use an interactive approach to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment, allowing participants to share their stories and interact with other attendees through healthy exercises and brainstorming.
Workshops are typically 60 minutes.
